Served/serving as Director of Research including Ph.D & Post-Doc. Member of many committees incl Personnel, Curriculum, Recruitment, Promotion, Admission etc. Supervised Post-Doc and Ph.D Students including Alexander Rosado, Ashwin Modi, Serhat from Turkey.

3. 2008 April to Dec 2011: Associate Professor _ Nagoya University of Commerce and Business,(AACSB Accredited) Japan (was on leave from Dec 2011-March 22). Taught six different courses including: International Business, Marketing Management, Business in Asia, Export-Import Management, International Marketing,, Business Environment etc. Experience of teaching MBA students from Queens University- Canada, Rotterdam School (RSM)- Netherlands, EDHEC France, European Business School & Manheim B-school Germany as they came to japan as dual degree & exchange students. (2010-11 at IIFT Delhi on leave from Japan).
4. Nov 2007 to March 2008 Associate Professor –- -Conducted Training course for Indian Diplomats (Foreign & Administrative Service)- (granted long leave without salary to take up job in Japan from April 2008), Oct 2004 – Oct 2007: Assistant Professor & Department Chairperson, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), under Govt of India (Tenured in this service at the end of 2 years). Taught Executive MBA, Full time MBA students. Also, taught students using Online Platform. I had students from many countries including EM-Lyon France, Massey University, New Zealand etc in my class. Conducted many executive training courses for senior managers of MNCs during this period & generated revenue for the school.
